Hair is fun, however it takes collaboration to get the best results.  In order to reserve the appropriate time, and ensure we are on the same page, I will l need a little more info. SO.... Homework! As soon as I hear from you, we can get started with the next steps for scheduling.

*Cancelling without a 48-hour notice will result in a balance of the FULL PRICE of the missed appointment. This balance will need to be paid before rescheduling. NO exceptions.  

*I  have read the directions and understand I need to be on time for my appointment.

*I  understand my picture may be taken (with my permission) and used for marketing purposes. 

Hair inc. Is not responsible for stained, bleached or damaged clothing.  I will wear appropriate clothing that may be stained.
